Dr. William S. Bodemer, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with fellowship training, specializing in both degenerative and traumatic conditions of the entire spine.
Dr. Bodemer graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency. He further advanced his expertise with a dedicated spine fellowship at The Texas Back Institute near Dallas.
A member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society, Dr. Bodemer will soon be performing a range of procedures at Premier Spine in Stevens Point, including microdiscectomy for lumbar disc herniations, cervical and lumbar decompression, and fusion through anterior and lateral approaches. He is also skilled in vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for spinal fractures, spinal cord stimulators, and motion preservation procedures with artificial disc replacements.
Dr. Todd A. Fairchild, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon with specialized training in both degenerative and traumatic conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
Dr. Fairchild completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard University and earned his medical degree from Yale University. He pursued his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Iowa and further honed his expertise with a spine surgery fellowship at the Twin Cities Spine Center.
An active member of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society, Dr. Fairchild focuses on treating disc herniations, stenosis, and spondylolisthesis. He is particularly dedicated to aiding injured workers in returning to healthy, productive lives.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Fairchild enjoys reading, tackling small construction projects, and spending time with his family. His weekends often involve gatherings with extended family, attending high school sporting events, and working on the family farm.
